Fast or Targeted Traffic
While it is true every web site or blog owner would love to increase traffic to their website but many times the solutions are spending lots of money or waiting over the long haul to develop targeted traffic. In the first instance these tough economical times forces anyone but the large corporations to look for another solution. In the second instance, many people just don’t want to wait months or even years to make a profit or get information out. So what do we do?
Many times people will go the free route of getting traffic such as auto traffic, manual exchanges, or paid to click. Generally these sites are effective in getting you quick traffic but not targeted traffic. The traffic comes quickly but with a price. The price is most of the traffic will be people that are visiting your site for things other than being interested in what you have. They are just looking to get paid or wanting a reciprocal visit. Generally, you are not going to make much money from them.
There are some free ways to get the coveted targeted traffic and they include posting to forums, joining groups and alternate advertising such as radio and TV. It may take longer for you to build visitors to your site but they will be visitors that are interested and willing to buy what you are offering as long as you combine these three things: patience, good content and good SEO techniques.
